If you are tired of going up and down on the dieting roller coaster and/or want to improve your overall health, then First Place 4 Health invites you to discover the most complete, Christ-centered weight loss and healthy living progam available.
First Place 4 Health is designed to teach members to begin a new way of thinking about health through a renewed mind, emotions, body and spirit to bring lasting positive change in their lives.
This course requires that each participant have a First Place 4 Health member's starter kit and book.
The cost of these materials is $137 per person; however, the cost to each participant will only by $80 (First Baptist will cover the remainder of the cost).
