Larry Cashatt, Associate Pastor
|
Reverend C. Larry Cashatt entered the Ministry in 1982 and has served churches in Louisiana and North Carolina previous to his coming to First Baptist Myrtle Beach in 1990.
Larry is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Religious Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration: Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
In Larry’s years of ministry he has worked with senior adults and has served as Minister of Youth, Minister of Education and Outreach, and Church Administrator. He has also served the Sandy Run and Waccamaw Baptist Associations as ASSIST Team Director, ASSIST Team Youth and Adult Director, and ASSIST Team Teaching Improvement Director.
Larry is married to the former Dorothy Elvington of Florence, South Carolina. They have two sons, Jonathan and David. In his free time he enjoys being with his family, listening to music, and reading.
