Music And Worship Ministries
Exist to enlist, motivate and train volunteers to be worship leaders
through the ministry of music, both vocally and instrumentally
1. YOUNGER CHILDREN’S MUSIC AND ARTS – ages 4 thru 2nd grade
2. OLDER CHILDREN’S MUSIC AND ARTS – grades 3-6
3. YOUTH MUSIC AND ARTS – grades 7-12
4. ADULT CHOIR / PRAISE BAND – ll:00 a.m. worship service
5. HANDBELL CHOIR – beautiful sounds of bells to enhance the worship services for special occasions
6. SOUND AND VIDEO MINISTRY – to enhance e worship by providing projected lyrics, sermon notes, and quality sound in all worship services
7. TAPES / CD MINISTRY – to provide recordings of the weekly sermon to shut-ins on a weekly basis and to visitors and members by request
8. DRAMA MINISTRY – to enhance worship by bringing the Gospel and life’s application alive through skits, monologues, dramas, etc
9. BAPTISM MINISTRY – to assist the pastor in preparing new believers for baptism
10. THE LORD’S SUPPER MINISTRY – to assist in preparation and cleanup of the elements for communion
11. USHERS – to greet, distribute bulletins, assist in seating, and collect offerings in all worship services

Help Ministries
12. OFFICE VOLUNTEERS – helping with folding and stuffing publications, answering phones, and other office needs
13. HOSPITALITY MINISTRY – assisting in meal preparation, setup and cleanup for various church fellowships
14. BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS – providing facilities and support for worship and other ministries in a comfortable and welcoming environment
15. TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY – to minister by providing bus transportation to worship services and various activities
16. SET BUILDING MINISTRY – to build backdrops, props and sets for dramas and special events
17. BUSY HANDS – to minister to newborns and their parents by making and delivering baby blankets
18. FIRST IMPRESSIONS – to meet and greet guests as well as members as they arrive on campus and attend worship services
19. BODY LIFE – assimilating new members into the body and life of the church by using current members to help new members feel welcome and find their gifts and place in ministry

Prayer Ministries
20. MOMS IN TOUCH – mothers and others gathering to pray for children and schools from kindergarten through college
21. MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST GROUPS – men of all ages gathering for prayer and fellowship

Age Group Ministries
22. PRESCHOOL / NURSERY – to meet the needs of children from birth through 5 years old and their parents through various volunteer opportunities
23. CHILDREN’S MINISTRY – to meet the needs of children from birth through 6th grade and their parents through Children’s Worship, Slime Camp, Vacation Bible School, Backyard Bible Clubs, etc
24. B.E.A.C.H. YOUTH MINISTRY – exists to Build up believers who Exalt God, carry the Gospel Anywhere Care for others and Hang out together
25. COLLEGE AND CAREER MINISTRY – meeting for relevant Bible study dealing with life issues each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. and for fellowships on a monthly basis
26. L.L.L. (Live Longer and Like it) - senior adults meeting the 4th Thursday of each month for covered dish lunch and fellowship

Other Ministries
27. FLOWERS AND DECORATIONS – enhancing the beauty of our facilities through flower arrangements, holiday decorations and special projects
28. MEDIA LIBRARY MINISTRY – to help others know Christ and make Him known by providing information, books and quality resources and services
29. FAMILY LIFE CENTER MINISTRY – serving the families of FBC as well as an outreach to the surrounding communities by providing a place of sports, fun and fellowship
30. WEDNESDAY NIGHT DINNERS – help plan and prepare meals and cleanup before Wednesday evening prayer meetings
31. WEBSITE MINISTRY – to help maintain the FBCMB website to keep it current and informative for members and visitors
